Blended Learning

We believe our customers should select the most effective training method to address their learning objectives. By "effective" we mean the method providing the greatest information, transfer and retention. This may be leader-led, web or computer-based, or a hybrid solution.

Blended Learning combines leader-led and e-learning into a structured, unified course. One of our primary focuses is to provide any or all of the required elements. These include: research, writing, graphics, presentation, lesson plans/content, job aids, study guides, and testing. Finally, we develop the web or computer-based courseware including simulations, animations and other sophisticated interactions.
